CAN RENT / FIELD GUIDE

Data, documents and availability

Access protection, file handling and features that are not currently offered.

Can search engines or external AI see tenant records?

Public guides describe capabilities without real rental records. Workspaces, tenant portals and document downloads require authentication and record authorization. Indexable public guides do not expose tenant or invoice data. Search exclusion directives are additional measures, not substitutes for access control.

Which documents can I store and who can download them?

Tenant documents, lease contracts, payment proof, maintenance files and expense receipts belong to their respective records. Supported formats include PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP, with field-specific validation. Downloads require permission on the parent record; there is no public document-sharing entry point.

How is data handled when using AI?

Tenant identity numbers and addresses use encrypted storage; this does not mean every field or attachment uses the same encryption. LINE, email and AI features may send necessary information to LINE, Resend or OpenAI. Some retention periods and processing locations remain to be confirmed. Read the privacy policy and contact us; account deactivation does not promise deletion of all history.

Which features should not be treated as available?

Credit-card charging/rent collection, automatic bank reconciliation, standard partial invoice payments, electronic signatures, formal contract generation, arbitrary Excel import and public API integration are not offered. Subscription charging and plan capacity enforcement are not yet open. All individual plans are currently free to try, with charging timing to be announced.

Based on implemented features. AI access and notification channels have separate requirements.
