What can I manage with Can Rent?
Can Rent helps landlords and property teams organize properties, rooms, tenants, leases, invoices, collection records, expenses and maintenance, with tenant collaboration through LINE. It is not a rental listing marketplace, a managed-property service or a bank payment collection service.
Do landlords and tenants need the same kind of account?
Landlords register a management account using email or the LINE/Google flows offered on the sign-in page, completing the required identity checks. Tenants bind through the tenant LINE official account using a code from their landlord and then enter the tenant portal. They do not need a management account.
What should I set up first?
Create properties and rooms, add tenant profiles, then create a draft lease linking the relevant tenants and rooms. Review dates, rent, deposit and collection mode before activation. Generate eligible initial invoices or create invoices manually as prompted. A property or draft lease does not itself establish occupancy or receipt of money.
Is English supported?
Public pages and the management interface offer Traditional Chinese and English. Switch language on public pages or update your language preference in workspace settings.
