How do properties, rooms, tenants and leases relate?
A property groups an address or building and contains rental units called rooms. Tenant profiles are stored separately and linked through leases. One lease can include multiple tenants and rooms, and tenants can retain records across leases rather than being permanently attached to one room.
Can I add multiple rooms at once?
Open batch room creation from a property detail page to add several units under that property, or add one room individually. Room names, numbers and notes help distinguish units.
How do occupied, upcoming and unavailable states differ?
Current occupancy follows the dates of activated leases. Activated future leases appear as upcoming commitments; drafts do not. Manual availability settings are separate from lease state, so changing room availability does not terminate a lease.
What can I keep in a tenant profile?
Store names, contact information, emergency contacts, notes, an avatar and supporting documents, and view related leases. Full sensitive identity/address data and documents require authorization. A manually entered LINE ID does not bind the tenant portal.
